Job Description: Simco NJ, Inc., a manufacturer of wire harnesses, cable assemblies and Electro-Mechanical assemblies is seeking a motivated Production Associate to join our team. This position is a training position.

Key Responsibilities: * Learn to operate wire processing machinery efficiently and safely, ensuring adherence to quality standards * Assist in setting up crimp applicators for various termination equipment to optimize production processes * Assist in inventory management of various electronic components, including tracking inventory levels and replenishing supplies as needed * Collaborate with other teams to implement process improvements and resolve production issues * Handle daily shipping and receiving tasks, including preparing orders for shipment and receiving incoming shipments using UPS, FedEx, and DHL

Qualifications: * Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. * Knowledge of using and reading various measuring devices such as rulers, calipers, tape measures, etc. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
