A área de Pós-Vendas é responsável por fornecer suporte e assistência aos clientes após a compra de um produto ou serviço. A área tem papel fundamental no suporte e satisfação do cliente após a compra, garantindo que suas necessidades sejam atendidas e que os clientes tenham uma experiência positiva com a empresa.

Algumas das atividades:

· Recepcionar, digitalizar, arquivar as cartas de notificação física e online

· Confeccionar carta resposta para as notificações físicas e online recebidas

· Realizar o acompanhamento semanal dos atendimentos em aberto

· Organizar e enviar os documentos para prepostos que nos representarão em audiências de PROCON

· Levantar os dados relacionados aos atendimentos dos clientes finais da SBD (Zendesk e AT) para que nosso advogado e lojas parceiras utilizarem em suas defesas no Juizado Especial

· Fazer contato com clientes finais por telefone/e-mail e também, com nossa rede autorizada, representantes, vendedores e lojas quando necessário

· Lançar no Telecontrol ordens de serviço (troca e/ou cortesia) e solicitações de cheque quando necessário para a condução e conclusão dos atendimentos.

O que buscamos:

· Cursando superior/graduação em Administração, Direito e cursos correlatos

· Disponibilidade para estágio de 06 horas diárias, com início entre às 08h ou 09h

· Conhecimentos avançados nas ferramentas do Microsoft Office, principalmente Excel e Power Point

· Residir em Uberaba e ter disponibilidade para trabalhar 2x/semana, na planta de Uberaba, MG

· Disponibilidade para início imediato

· Será um diferencial o conhecimento no sistema ZenDesk e outras ferramentas de assessoria jurídica
