What will you do if join us?

• Applies preventive quality methods aimed at risk minimization to achieve supplier and component quality performance continuous improvement

以质量风险最小化为目标的应用质量预防方法,实现供应商和元件质量持续改进

• Collaborates in the creation of material technical specifications and production support.

与技术部门合作制定材料技术规范并支持生产

• Implements specified qualification measures（Audit, testing, FAI, etc.) to achieve supplier and component qualification for business requireemnts

执行具体的质量认证措施（审核， 测试， 首件报告等)， 完成供应商和元件的放行满足业务需求

• Organizing and participates in quality meetings with suppliers.

组织和参与供应商质量会议

• Collaborates in supplier development programs and commodity strategy definition

参与供应商发展计划和元件策略制定

• Implements complaints managements with supplier.

实现供应商投诉管理

• Participate in localization project.

参与国产化项目

• Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

• Continuous improvements take place under the lean principles within own responsibility. Well understand and strictly follow up the requirements of national laws and SEDL QMS documents so as to ensure the quality of product, service and process qualified and continuously improved.

在自己的职责范围内，遵循精益原则，实施持续改进。清晰了解并严格遵守国家法律法规及质量管理体系文件的各项规定，确保产品、服务和过程的质量符合要求并得以持续改进

• Strictly comply with and implement the responsibility and obligation in signed . Ensure to comply with national, local EHS laws and regulations, Siemens and SEDL EHS requirements.

严格遵守并履行员工本人签署的《环境、健康、安全管理责任书》中承诺的各项责任和义务。 确保遵守国家、地方政府、西门子以及SEDL的EHS法律法规和相关要求

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor or above

• Mechanic, Major in metallic material is preferred, at least 5 years’ experience in mechanic & polymer area is preferred.

• More than 6 years related working experience in supplier quality control 35years or technology area.

• Experienced with the manufacture process of insulation & cooper material, including magnetic wire, cable, cooper. etc

• Good English communication skill

• Familiar with process audit, VDA 6.3 is preferred

• Familiar with Q-Tools & professional in supplier quality management

• Capability to support supplier's continuous quality improvement.
