• Starting Pay: $20 per hour (pay increase to $23 per hour after 2 months)

• Training Schedule: Mon-Fri from 8:30am - 5pm (approx 20-24 weeks)

• Work From Home on Mondays and Fridays, Tuesday thru Thursday in office

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls to assist clients with changes to their accounts after they've experienced a life-changing event (opening new accounts, transferring assets, updating account information)

• Familiarity with different investment account types (IRA, Individual, trust accounts) and being able to understand basic rules and regulations governing the different account types

• Provide guidance to beneficiaries when inheriting account holder's assets including assisting with web registration, pre-filling forms, and explaining the inheritance process and paperwork required

• Complete administrative tasks when notified of a client's passing such as placing restrictions to secure decedent's information and assets

• Document and notate clear and detail client interactions for case notes

This job is for you if you:

• Have a passion for helping others and being able to demonstrate patience, care, professionalism, and dedication to servicing client's needs

• Are empathetic and can navigate difficult and sensitive client situations well

• Have strong verbal/written communication skills to relay complex information that can easily be understood

• Are a fast leaner and can multi-task

What you'll have:

• High School Diploma

• 2+ year customer service/insurance related experience

• Wired Internet - requires an internet speed test that meets 1Gbps download speed (1000mbps) and at least 30 Mbps upload speed

• Great Problem Resolution and Time Management skills
