The Consumer Title Specialist is responsible for ensuring the Credit Union's security interest is protected on titles, UCC's, and other security instruments related to our members' collateral, while also confirming the security interest is released appropriately when the members' obligation is satisfied. To accomplish this task, communicates and interacts with members, Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV), dealerships, and various third parties. All duties are completed while ensuring adherence to all lending and collections regulations, as well as accuracy, completeness, data entry, and retention of all lending and collections data and documentation. Minimum Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or GED equivalent

2. Past experience in positions that require attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

1. An Associate degree or higher from an accredited college/university

2. Prior experience in loan administration, minimum 1-2 years

3. Prior experience working in a financial environment, minimum 1-2 years

4. Experience with Google Applications: Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Dealertrack
