Daikin Applied Service Operations Supervisor in Plymouth, Minnesota

Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company Summary The Service Business Operations Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating a diverse set of functions within the organization. In this role you will provide coordination, administration, liaison work, licensing and compliance management. You will collaborate with various departments, including legal, credit, finance and safety to uphold compliance with data access and authorization processes with the primary objective to mitigate risks and deliver an unparalleled customer experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee a team of operations administrators that serve as a central information hub for all corporate service related policies, processes and procedures and maintain responsibility for delivering on client service level agreements (SLAs). Provide oversight to define, collaborate and mitigate any risk associated with approaching or outstanding compliance requirements, such as environmental, social and governance (ESG) and business continuity policies and ensure the team adheres to regulatory compliance by supporting the field service offices with process, policy, procedures and best practices. Provide work direction for compliance networks for the North America (United States and Canada) working with corporate departments of environmental health and safety, human resources, quality, national accounts and cybersecurity. Oversee contract negotiations and collaborate across internal and regional teams for third party contractors representing the organization and serve as the reviewer of the contract pipeline to the established service district offices. Oversee and audit third party contractors that represent the organization. Champion the proper use of the organization's tools and technologies and develop and continually update role based trainings and orientations for service to improve the field services effectiveness. Bring forward data driven, high level, strategic insights that assist the organization in decision making within service operations. Collaborate with marketing to develop sales content and manage workflow and distribution of incoming corporate leads. Provide content management system (CMS) framework with version control to update and maintain the service shared content portal to create a single source of information. Maintain and manage the database, systems and technology workflows for new hires, terminations and promotions within service to ensure proper data access and authorizations Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 6 + years of related work experience Paralegal or related licensure preferred Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Budget management and financial acumen. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Prior supervisory experience. Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist certification (can be certified through International Risk Management Institute Inc. (IRMI) Experience in HVAC or mechanical servicing industry Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to HVAC and fleet management.
