- Adheres to Integer Values and all safety and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality
Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, Company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
Responsible for highly complex technical projects coordinating internal and external resources/vendors to meet project requirements within designated timeframe.
Plan, construct and repair a wide variety of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to close tolerances
Build small micro tooling to support medical device molds
Provide manufacturing support to the production team
Participate in design reviews and offer input to ensure project success
Produces documentation, reports, and drawings. Writes technical reports and other required documentation
Work directly with technicians and engineers to achieve tooling results
Knowledge of Mastercam and Solidworks preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree in technical field preferred
5+ years of toolmaking experience
1-2+ years of direct production support in the tooling field
Prior experience with medical mold building, small micro molding, microscope work, and previous production support
Excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills. Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
