JPMorgan Chase Product Manager in Plano, Texas

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Develop solution strategy and unified value proposition to optimize the treasury needs of corporate clients. Assess clients' needs through internal conversations, market research, and client engagement. Analyze nuances across client segments or industries and tailor strategy accordingly. Create appropriate business cases, in partnership with Finance, Sales, and Middle Office teams, to quantify solution strategy impact, such as revenue drivers and cost saves. Own, design, and implement the end-to-end delivery model to deliver a holistic solution set and partner with vendors where appropriate. Partner closely and maintain feedback loop with Sales, Middle Office, and Product teams to drive process improvements for solution set. Advise functional partners to drive consensus on process design and enhancements. Define and track metrics to showcase solution strategy success across growth, efficiency, and controls. Serve as subject matter expert on the solution set and product capabilities. Ensure high level understanding on the technical architecture and payment flows enabling the solution set. Communicate regular progress and executive updates to Sales, Product, and senior management stakeholders. Improve solution, enhance client experience, drive process efficiencies, and maintain controls. Quantify change impact through business cases where appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Product Manager, Business Strategy and Growth Intern, Risk Analyst Intern, Credit Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Product Manager, Business Strategy and Growth Intern, Risk Analyst Intern, Credit Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: supporting product growth in terms of expanding client utilization or revenue; driving operational enhancements to improve product or product delivery performance; refining product to support evolving end user needs or support other growth and operational agendas; leveraging strategy frameworks to break down complex problems and develop recommendations and actionable implementation plans; using Microsoft Excel to leverage advanced models and create business cases to transform large sets of data into insight; structuring executive presentations and influencing stakeholders at different levels of an organization using Microsoft PowerPoint; translating strategy into an actionable solution for stakeholders and end users; using product management frameworks spanning product capabilities and product delivery; managing review of legal documentation; identifying risks and designing controls; performing external research on market trends and competitive analysis; assessing treasury needs of corporate clients.

Job Location: 8181 Communications Parkway, Plano, TX 75024. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
