How will you make an impact in this role?

We need someone to manage major engineering and construction activities for a global Data Center Infrastructure team with owned and operated facilities. Projects will include new construction, expansions of existing facilities, and modifications to existing facilities.

  • Develop and maintain construction budgets, project schedules, project documentation, standards, and best practices.

  • Coordinate with facilities operations teams on major maintenance activities and projects that require outside engineering support.

  • Evaluates engineering and operations programs for co-location data centers in the portfolio.

  • Develop and maintain a network of internal and external partners to support the above activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10 years of meaningful experience running data center facilities project delivery including leadership and accountability for projects delivering 10 MW or greater of critical load capacity.

  • Experience across all components of construction and engineering, including civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, controls, security, and life safety systems.

  • 10 years of experience with best practices in data center operations and maintenance.

  • Experience incorporating company sustainability goals into roadmaps and projects.

  • Direct experience using project and construction management software tools.

  • Up to 10% travel required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Outstanding business and communications skills, including analysis, teamwork, presentation, and influence, proven in a Fortune 500 organization

  • Knowledge and experience with hyperscale facilities and network architectures.

  • Experience in a data center leadership position.

  • Direct experience using project and construction management software tools.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $170,000.00 to $255,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
