Citigroup Liquidity Transformation Senior Lead Analyst (Treasury Transformation) - SVP in New York, New York

The Liquidity Transformation team within the Treasury organization works closely with stakeholders to define and execute end-to-end change in process, controls, data, and technology required to support transformation in the Liquidity Risk Management and reporting disciplines. These include changes in liquidity reporting controls, metrics, and liquidity stress testing which span global Treasury teams, Finance functions, technology partners and business partners in Markets, Services, Banking and Wealth and USPB. The team is responsible for delivery of Treasury’s transformation objectives and collaborates with stakeholders to identify priorities, coordinate efforts and track progress, and define and implement best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage Citi's Regulatory-related liquidity projects or other key initiatives (including identify key stakeholders, SMEs, develop project plans and provide status updates to the committees, senior leaders and various forums;

  • Chair or lead steering or working groups on a regular basis; track critical meeting discussions, decision and actions;

  • Coordinate and follow up with key stakeholders on project progress;

  • Identify, communicate and escalate risks, challenges or issues to senior management in a timely manner;

  • Document project / workflow process and create Business Requirements and Function Requirements documents as needed;

  • Present the project overview, status and issues internally or at a senior level;

  • Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of regulatory-related milestones

  • Participates in assessing and incorporating changing business, regulatory and market information needs into liquidity risk management processes

  • Applies in-depth knowledge of the business impact of process design and technical contributions

  • Regularly interacts with peers within the team and across various groups in Citi through project / program managing;

  • Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry and Liquidity Stress Testing area highly preferred

  • Understand liquidity regulations: Enhanced Prudential Standards (EPS), Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), FR 2052a liquidity reporting, and Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR)

  • Strong understanding of Internal Liquidity Stress Tests (ILSTs), and other liquidity-related risk management areas.

  • Well versed with the Bank's Treasury function

  • Strong understanding of bank industry and financial products

  • Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and their interconnection in order to achieve the objectives of the function.

  • Requires communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others.

  • Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment

  • Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.

  • Advanced technical skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Tableau tools;

  • Proficient presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating complex ideas and engaging senior-level audiences;

  • In depth knowledge of technology systems highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills required to partner with other groups, facilitate discussion internally, and driver conversations for key initiatives.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$176,720.00 - $265,080.00
