Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.

· Inspects incoming, in process and finished products and material for visual, mechanical, and dimensional characteristics, using inspection sheets and applicable sampling plans.

· Comparing the obtained results with the target values of the relevant requirements and specifications and documenting any deviations.

· Read and follow visual aides, engineering change notices (reworks), or established operating procedures, determine acceptance or rejection of product.

· Follow standardized and routine written directions and visual aides for assigned quality assurance inspection operations.

· Visually inspect products using magnifying glass, lot sampling methods, first article checks, and /or AOI machines.

· Enter standardized information into computerized MES system using simple keystrokes to indicate pass or failure of board.

· Lot release and archiving of batch documentation.

· Prepares necessary documentation and ensures paperwork compliance on all inspected items.

· Assist in the training of co-workers in new or improved techniques in areas of experience.

· Performs “Roving Auditor” function involving inspection of product in a Manufacturing Flow Cell.

· Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.

· Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy

The hourly pay range for this role is $15.00 - $25.17. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, education (if requirement noted above), geographic location, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: May 31, 2024.
