Works as Technical Writer on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of technical data requires a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis. The development of the solution requires a multidisciplinary approach and knowledge of basic product data writing principles, - theories and - concepts. Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems by combining previous experiences based upon technical analysis and product data writing (feasibility) studies. May lead small projects, managing a small number of people

Create user documentation, according to the defined processes and quality standards. The exact scope of user documentation varies per project, and can include terminology, CTBs, etc. To represent the user documentation discipline in the project, and to coordinate the user documentation planning in line with the project requirements and deadlines.
