DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Human Resource Analyst 1, you will assist with the hiring process for the Bureau of Juvenile Justice Services Youth Development Centers and Youth Forestry Camps. Responsibilities for this position will include compliment tracking and providing updates on positions being filled. You will also schedule, track, and perform pre-employment checks. This also involves creating and running various reports, as well as inputting necessary transactions into various systems. This exciting opportunity requires strong organization skills and collaborating mindfully with employees and management who are on the front lines helping Pennsylvania youth. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Work times are flexible. Work schedule details may change based on operation needs. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework), part-time up 3 days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Loysville, Perry County. Travel and overtime as needed. Free parking. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of experience in the performance of technical human resource duties; and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
