Core responsibilities

  • Lead root cause analyses, be responsible for the implementation, and validate improvement actions to address issues effectively

  • Take a proactive approach to identify, resolve, and report quality issues promptly

  • Take ownership of processes, emphasizing revision and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Handle the implementation of new products and production lines, ensuring seamless integration

  • Work closely with specialists within the team to provide production support in the factory

  • Foster collaboration across departments including R&D, NPI, Equipment Management, and Production, both locally and globally, to drive quality initiatives and ensure alignment

The Q&EHS department (Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety) is dedicated to maintaining EHS environment and culture, along with ensuring quality across LEGO factories. Our mission revolves around inspiring and nurturing the builders of tomorrow by prioritizing the safety and premium quality of our products. We strive for operational excellence to drive world-class quality throughout our operations. The Senior Quality Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting the processing operations at the Kladno factory, where LEGO elements undergo decoration and assembly processes.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in Manufacturing from areas such as Quality, Logistics and/or Engineering

  • Strong analytical abilities coupled with a proactive approach

  • Openness to collaboration across diverse departments

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with SAP

  • Experience in project management and lean methodology is a nice to have

  • Familiarity with ISO standards is a benefit

  • Fluency in Czech with a good level of English with the ability to communicate with global stakeholders
