We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team, responsible for the precise setup and operation of vertical mills to meet production demands. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, working from blueprints and process sheets to craft metal components with exceptional accuracy. Responsibilities

• Setup and operate CNC vertical mills proficiently, utilizing work offsets, tool height offsets, and demonstrating familiarity with cutter compensation.

• Perform light G code editing as necessary to optimize machining processes.

• Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts to ensure adherence to specified tolerances, both during in-process stages and prior to submission to the inspection department.

• Ability to work meticulously to achieve and maintain close tolerances, consistently delivering high-quality finished products.

• Determine and implement appropriate feed and speed adjustments to optimize machining efficiency and accuracy.

• Collaborate with team members to make recommendations for material usage and design improvements, contributing to process enhancements and overall productivity.
