Summary of Position:
Manufacturing Technicians are responsible for operating production equipment, processing product sub-assemblies and manufacturing and packaging final products. This is accomplished by following standard operating procedures, work instructions and current good manufacturing practices (cGMP). Technicians will operate multiple workstations and frequently rotate between stations as needed to meet production schedules. This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Operate production equipment according to current work instructions and written process documentation
Assemble product according to batch travelers
operate at least three workstations effectively according to work instructions and productivity targets
Accurately record process data in batch travelers and related documentation
Inspect product.
Help maintain product quality by following operating procedures and workmanship standards
Work in collaboration with coworkers to meet daily production schedules
Hit weekly measurable goals in production
Complete training on workstation assigned
Clean assigned work areas at end of each shift
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities as delegated by the Shift lead and/or Shift Manager
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
High proficiency with and thorough understanding of Manufacturing workstations and processes
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
