Robert Half has partnered with a franchise company in the Cherry Creek area in search of a Controller! The Controller position is paying $140,000-$180,000!

The Controller will be responsible for the following:

• Accounting for over 100 locations

• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Financial reporting and compliance

• Managing costs controls

• Manage relationships with franchisees

• Oversee an accounting team of 6+ people

• Financial strategic planning

• Risk mitigation

• Managing capital expenditures

• Ad hoc reporting as needed

Requirements for the Controller include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

• 10+ years of accounting experience

• Franchise, retail or multi-location accounting experience

• 3+ years of supervisory experience

Preferred qualifications for the Controller include:

• Software implementation experience

• CPA

• Public accounting experience
