We're looking for an Account Manager to support Integer's Cardio and Vascular business. If you're looking to work for a high performance based, growing organization, within a growing industry in the medical device space this is an exciting career opportunity.
This position is responsible for increasing revenues and profitability of identified accounts. This includes the retention of existing revenues as well as identifying, qualifying and closing new business for incremental revenue realization to enhance the reputation and business relationship between customer and the company.
Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, Company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
Responsible for the revenue growth of assigned customers through value adds solutions and contract negotiation.
Retains and increases the profitable penetration of existing accounts.
Establishes, maintains, and grows strong relationships with decision makers at assigned customers.
Responsible for accomplishing sales objectives to include identifying and prioritizing opportunities, securing resources, executing sales strategies and pull-through tactics to meet planned and company objectives.
Develops and executes specific account strategies to promote revenue growth and increase market share.
Identifies, engages and maintains relationships with key influencers/decision makers through active customer involvement. Primary call points are “C” level executives and other senior managers who can influence large transfers of outsourcing business to the company.
Keeps informed on new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers, through successful completion of Sales Training, shop floor experience, local training, and self-study.
Stays informed of customer business opportunities, account changes, current conditions, future prospects, active measurements, and competitive landscape to protect revenue from competitors.
Provides direction and guidance to Field Sales Engineers, primarily on ways of implementing strategic deals and ensuring service levels for assigned accounts are met.
Develops technical expertise related to company and industry.
Presents customer key performance indicators (KPIs) to review overall service performance for the quarter.
Responsible for maintaining expenses within budget and generating required reports.
Performs other functions are required.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor Degree in related discipline; Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years business to business sales experience
Medical Device Industry preferred
Proven successful track record
*Proven experience in selling components and subsystems to customers
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
