Do wire adds and modifications as necessary. Assemble printed circuit boards into a final assembly as required by the purchase order. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Must accurately read and comprehend all technical paperwork pertaining to the job, such as blueprints, bills of material, inspection data, rework instructions, and quality standards Rework all components / solder joints using a soldering iron or rework equipment so the finished product complies with quality standards Add/remove components using small hand tools such as pliers, tweezers, cutters and soldering equipment. Hand wash areas of the board where sensitive components have been hand soldered. Complete inspection records, keeping accurate and detailed records Verify rework is acceptable before release to next operation or shipping Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures, reporting any safety concerns, and participating in any scheduled stretch breaks Responsible for compliance to the Quality Management System and other regulatory and statutory requirements as required by the customer. Act as an authorized agent to stop production when nonconformances are noted Accountable for accepting responsibility for continuous on the job training by actively participating in training put on by designated employees and/or any outside service.
