This is a senior leadership role within Walmart's Marketplace business responsible for leading and managing the business operations and strategic planning functions within the Cross Border and Seller Delivery Solutions organization.

What You'll Do:

Reporting directly to the Vice President, this role involves developing and executing operational strategies, optimizing business processes, and driving overall organizational effectiveness. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze performance and trends, provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for business growth and improvement, and work with Product and Engineering to drive roadmaps. This leader will play a key role across the entire leadership staff driving planning and review cadences and ensuring accountability to organizational objectives and key results.

You Will Make an Impact by:

Strategy Development and Deployment:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and refine the organization's mission, vision, and strategic goals.

  • Leading the development and execution of strategic planning processes, including goal-setting, performance monitoring, and strategic initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics for measuring business performance and success

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities for the organization.

Operational Execution and Accountability:

  • Analyzing financial, operational, and customer data to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Driving organizational effectiveness by identifying areas for streamlining operations, improving collaboration, and enhancing communication. Optimize business processes and workflows to drive operational efficiency and productivity across departments.

  • Provide insights and recommendations on business development, expansion, and diversification opportunities.

  • Leading transformation initiatives and/or key strategic, cross-organizational program(s) working alongside 4iTB as needed.

  • Staff and Team Leader: Lead and mentor among a team of peer professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, finance, or related disciplines. An MBA is highly desirable.

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in strategy and business consulting is highly desirable. Specific and demonstrated engagement in customer experience and ecommerce technology and operations is preferred.

  • Extensive experience in eCommerce and/or online Marketplaces is highly desirable. This includes experience both building in a high growth environment as well as successfully executing in a multi-billion dollar globally scaled enterprise.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in operational and financial analysis. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts on behalf of business partners and to senior executives.

  • Ability to work with Product and Engineering, have a solutions mindset

Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

3 years' supervisory experience.
