TEKsystems Customer Service Representative (Hybrid) in Beaverton, Oregon

Looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our fast-growing team. This position is hybrid with 1-2 days working in the Beaverton office per week.

Description:

  • This team does outbound calls. In this role, they will be manually sorting client contacts in an Excel document and then calling the customers who still need to be contacted.

  • These are outbound calls to reminder customers that they have a new card ready to use.

  • They are reviewing data in Excel and calling vendors regarding their virtual credit card.

  • These should be very easy calls since it will be giving them payment for the services but if they are escalated then it will be sent to another team.

  • Placing 35+ outbound calls daily.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 years' experience in an outbound call center role

  • Ability to pick up on software systems quickly

  • Salesforce experience is a plus

  • Excel experience is a plus

  • Ability to type 40+ WPM
