Our client, 3M is seeking a General Laborer to join their 3rd Shift team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the General Labor team. The ideal candidate will have forklift certification, in problem-solving solving skills, and manufacturing experience which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: General Laborer 3rd Shift

Location: Ames, IA

Pay Rate: 21.00/hr

What’s the Job?

• General Laborer will be loading and unloading vehicles but also helping in an assisting mode.

• Move materials and package manually or with a pallet jack, heavy lifting

• Ensures quality of product using standard templates, training and supervision, and good judgment.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma

• Ability to pass Background check and Drug Test

• Reliable transportation

• Assembly experience
